Beethoven Street Studios

We're delighted to feature this leading classic SSL UK music recording studio in aptly named Beethoven Street, London. We filmed a video interview with regular visiting engineer Cameron Craig.

Beethoven Street Studios reopened in May 2006. The SSL studio has been completely refurbished and is ideal for tracking and mixing. The studio has an enormous selection of vintage outboard and classic microphones but also includes a full Protools HD 3 24/48 rig.

The studio has a spacious and comfortable control room with a 48 channel SSL 4048 E series (with G computer) and ATC monitoring. The live area, which features natural light, can happily accommodate a full band set up.

There is a separate self contained relaxation area complete with Plasma TV, broadband internet access, sofas and a full kitchen including a dishwasher and washer/drier, this is the perfect space to relax between takes.
