Since filming this short interview with David Wrench, he has gone on to become very in-demand working with Bat For Lashes, Everything Everything, Guillemotts and Beth Orton as engineer and he won the prestigious Music Producers Guild 'Mix Engineer of the Year' award, 2016.
David Wrench is a super tall 6'5", albino Welsh electroclash crusader. After a variety of careers he has lately earned his keep as a record producer and recording engineer. His clients have included Beth Orton, Ian McCulloch and Bat for Lashes. George Shilling caught up with David during a break in a session to find out more about his work and Bryn Derwen Studios.
