Kevin Shirley - Record Producer

A video feature with legendary record producer Kevin Shirley at Metropolis Studios, London.

Kevin Shirley was working at Metropolis Studios, London in August 2007, so we managed to take an hour of his time to talk with him about his work and what makes him so in demand.

The list of people and bands that Kevin has produced is huge and filled with names that you will know well but what struck us was just what a really nice guy he is, very relaxed, confident and very fast. Kevin is the kind of producer that will have the album mixed a day after the recording has finished.

The video feature covers pet hates such as mastering engineers (!) and we take an in depth look at Kevin's working style and we think that you will like this one!
