Short interview with studio owner Jay Kayon
Jutland Ave Studios has a very intimate and cozy setting with all that you could need including a fully-kitted lounge and kitchen. Jutland Ave Studios is in a great location, with amazing views of the river Thames, great bars and restaurants as well as Battersea park being just a few steps away.
At the heart of the studio is an SSL AWS 900+ series mixing console. The control room is quite large and spacious and looks in to the 'dead' recording area which is not very large but perfect for vocals, guitars and smaller recording sessions. Eeema, the in house engineer and producer has stacks of experience having been previously based in Canada where he worked at top studios over there on major recording projects.
Recording equipment includes SSL AWS 900+ console, Pro Tools HD system, large range of compressors, Limiters, eq's, effects, reverbs and delays. Vintage Neumann U67 microphone and othe mics by Neumann, Sure, AKG and Sony are also available.
Jutland Ave is easy to get to as parking is included and there are great bus links. Jutland Studios are within 10 minutes of Victoria, South Kensington and Sloane Square tube stations.
